Will I do the Hard Things that Bring Peace this Christmas?

I'm a bumper sticker fan and one of my favs encourages me to 'Visualize Whirled Peas'.  (a spin off of 'visualize world peace)

We're in the Second Sunday of Advent this week and it's about Peace and how peace came into the world through Christ.

Jesus' birth was not gonna be an easy ride for Joseph who was engaged to be married to Mary who was pregnant with God's son via a divine conception.  This week we'll learn how Joseph 'did the hard things' to become a fantastic example of a man willing to 'do the hard things' to bring peace in his relationships with God and others and ultimately to be a fantastic earthly step-father for JESUS.  Most of us aren't all that concerned with world peace, but we'd sure like to have peace in our marriages, in our homes and in the relationships that matter most to us this Christmas.  You'll learn how to stop the 'crazy cycle' of unloving behavior and dis-respect as we learn from Joseph and Mary on their journey to do God's will.

If you're really ready to bring some peace to your significant relationships by Christmas then pick up a copy of Love & Respect by Eggerich and dig in.

Check out the Message Images attached and read over the scriptures prayerfully and ask God to show you how to bring peace to the relationships in your life this Christmas.
