Meredith, include this in the weekly and please get that out this morning.... I'll also post on the Phos News Blog right now....

I can't tell you how energized I am by the way the Phos team has responded to the renovation efforts at 4200 this week.  We have gotten a boatload of 'stuff' done.  Or, maybe I should say, we've gotten a boatload 'undone'.  The good news about the 'undoneness' of this moment is that it paves the way for the renovations that will position Phos to be even more effective in reaching those who aren't engaging in a relationship with Jesus yet.  So, congratulations on a STRONG week of service.

We have one more night to get 4200 reset for worship this Sunday.  The tear out is 95% completed in the worship and entry areas so we're ready to scrub her down and get it put back together for worship this weekend at 4200.  We need a few ladder steady skills people to do a little more this evening and then we need a bunch o people to come in with shop vacs, dust rags and cleaning supplies to pull it all back together for worship this Sunday.

We'll have a season here between the tear out of the past few days and the restoration where things will look 'rough'.  Let' just let this be a reminder that we are all works in progress and are anxiously awaiting the full renovations of our lives by the power of the Holy Spirit.  So, let the 'undoneness' of 4200 be a 'Call to Worship' each time you enter the doors these days.

Hope you'll join us this evening at 6 at 4200 ready to pull it all back together.

YES, there will be food.  Yes, this is a 'kid friendly' service experience and YES, your students can get community service hours for diving in here and working.

Hope to see you this evening at 4200,
Jeff
